Return Policy
We guarantee the value and worth of our manuals. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund you the full amount of the manual(s) minus shipping and handling fees within 30 days of purchase. Manuals must be returned in their original box and undamaged. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from ISAT directly. You can also cancel unshipped items by calling us at (877)-523-6060.  If you refuse delivery on a package, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, taxes, fees and tariffs. If you believe that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at (877)-999-4728 within 72 hours of receiving your order.

ISAT reserves the right to refuse distribution of any products and/or services to any party.
